Letterheads and envelopes
Atlas Copco authorized distributor logotype may be used on letterheads and envelopes, provided the following guidelines are met:
- The logotype should appear in the footer or bottom section of the letterhead or envelope.
- It must be clear that the distributor - not Atlas Copco - is the sender of the communication.
- Do not position the Atlas Copco authorized distributor logotype in a way that suggests the document is official correspondence from Atlas Copco.
- Maintain clear spacing around the logotype to ensure legibility and avoid clutter.
- Always use the correct, up-to-date version of the distributor logotype provided by Atlas Copco.
Business cards
The business card must clearly state who the sender is and what the legal entity of the company is. To reference Atlas Copco use the authorized distributor logotype.
Good example
The Atlas Copco logotype is used as a complement to the distributor’s name and logotype. It appears smaller and secondary in the design. The maximum allowed width for the logotype is 18 mm.
Bad example
Here, the distributor’s business card closely resembles Atlas Copco’s own design. The legal entity can be overlooked, which could lead to confusion about who the sender is.
Multibrand
When a distributor represents several brands, the Atlas Copco logotype should be placed at the bottom of the card, along with the other brand logos. It should appear with equal prominence, avoiding any suggestion of primary affiliation.
